The Kentucky Maternal Morbidity and Mortality (KyMMM) Task Force is supported by the State Maternal Health Innovation Program, funded through a grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). This initiative is made possible through collaboration with the Kentucky Department for Public Health, the Kentucky Perinatal Quality Collaborative (KyPQC), and numerous healthcare and community partners across the state.
